Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of luckralv.com and related services (the "Service") operated by Luckralv SIA ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

• The Service provides simulated casino-style games for entertainment.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager, win, or withdraw real money.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered or redeemable through play.

2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

3) Accounts & security

• Harassment, hateful/illegal content, or violations of others’ rights.
• Selling, trading, or transferring accounts or virtual items outside the Service.

10) Complaints & disputes; governing law

Contact us first so we can address concerns. These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. If you are a consumer in the EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws and competent courts may also apply.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
